2003-01-01 The Green River Valley Land Trust recently secured a conservation easement over the historic 1,940-acre O Bar Y Ranch as part of a conservation sale by Bill and Sherry Kellen. The easement will preserve wildlife habitat, migration routes, and open space for future generations. “The land trust helped us structure a conservation easement that allowed us to accomplish these goals and still sell the ranch,” said Mr. Kellen. ... more>
